This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to www.thehoustoneffect.com (the “Site”), which is operated by The Houston-Effect, Inc. (“HEI” or “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy also applies to interactive features or downloads that are owned or operated by HEI, are available through the Site or that interact with the Site and post this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy covers information collected at the Site and does not cover any information collected at any other web site or offline by HEI (unless specifically stated). This Privacy Policy explains HEI’s information collection practices at the Site, such as the information HEI collects regarding visitors to the Site and how we may use that information.
